Silver Peak Tap Room: Past time for a change

Today, we decided to do something different for lunch since we were headed downtown to the Riverside Theaters to see ‘It’s Complicated’. We opted for the Silver Peak Taproom on First and Sierra St.

I applauded Silver Peak for it’s bold move with its first location in a less than nice part of town, located on Wonder Street. It’s not a place I frequent, but more because we live so far away and nothing much brings us to that part of town. I also applauded the equally bold move to the First and Sierra location, as a much needed boost to the downtown redevelopment.

But when you’ve had just one too many lousy meals at a place it’s time to stop applauding.
