I really had almost given up every buying another cookbook. Really. When I figured out that I could just go online and browse hundreds of recipes, why buy the cow when the milk is free…

This evening, I was at a friends’ home for dinner, and he had the public library copy of Gordon Ramsay’s newest cookbook ‘Fast Food’ on the coffee table. Of course, I flipped the pages while we chatted and dinner was cooking.

I was astounded at the frank simplicity of the recipes, and the sheer number that I really thought “hey, I’d like that and it’s easy.”
