Say 'No' to engineered foods, 'Yes' to real food.

I got this when I read Dr. David Kessler’s book The End of Overeating: Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite back in 2009. But when the mainstream media is finally picking up on it, well … it’s time for everybody to pay attention.
You’re being had. Big time, unless you are buying one-ingredient foods. Lettuce: Ingredients - lettuce. Chicken: Ingredient - chicken.
When the ingredients listed on the package go above six items, you’d better be on your guard. The language is so deceptive that you’re likely being conned, especially if you’re a busy parent.
