Fast and delicious: Sole with capers, fresh veggie side in 30 minutes.
Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 21:13 Today, while picking up a few things at Whole Foods for dinner, I got sidetracked at the fishmongers section by a lucious looking lot of Rock Sole, which I’d never tried before. I’ve always just purchased the usual Dover or Petrale Sole.
Man, was it ever wonderful! We all scarfed it up and left absolutely clean plates.
