Campari Beer: one version with suggestions
Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 16:14 This is probably very nice, but I think the African way is better.
Take a nice beer mug or pint glass. Add a good handful of ice cubes.
Add the Campari - 2 shots in cool weather, 1 in warm weather ( this is according to my friend, Huber, from Benin.)
Pour the beer over.
I recommend, and they do it this way in Africa, a stout, porter or dark ale. I prefer the Samuel Adams Imperial Stout.
