Grilled lamb chops Ras al Hanout, whole grain croquettes, sauteed spinach
Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 20:28 I just had a craving for those tiny lamb chops that are cut from the rack of lamb, since I saw some the other day in the market and kinda choked on the price. We don’t much care for the larger, thicker lamb loin chops around here. These, which I got from Butcher Boy Prime in Reno were perfect. Succulent, juicy and mild - just like lamb should be, but so often isn’t.
The next question was - what to have with the chops?
