Documentarian Matt Mahurin peers into Shopsin’s - a gritty, crowded hole-in-the-wall eatery in New Yorks’ Greenwich Village that’s been dishing up some of the most creative comfort food - combined with tough love for both family, regulars and the woe-begone newbie for ore than 30 years.

The film was featured at the Sundance Film Festival in 2006.
