Tea: making the perfect cup of the 'steaming and fragrant cuppa'
Friday, October 16, 2009 at 12:10 When the weather gets cooler, I’m starting to drink a lot more hot tea. I’ve always loved tea, and loved exploring the whole range of teas from Japan, to China, to Sri Lanka and India. The good news is that there is a lot of great tea available to us now in America. I used to have to ship from foreign sources.
I’ve ‘taken tea’ at some of the great tea rooms in the world, including the Empress Hotel in Hong Kong, to my cousins’ parlor in Glasgow, Scotland. It’s a wonderfully relaxing experience.
