Coastal Goods salts, peppers and so much more
Friday, August 22, 2008 at 16:51 Hey, these are also available at Butcher Boy, but I can show them to you better from their online presence.

Yes, I know … we cooking types can go all ga-ga about sea salts and such, but really I’ve come to absolutely rely on a couple of these to just add so extra zing to salads, vegetables and fish for the most part. So although they might be a bit spendy, they last quite a while.

I always have the Sea Smoke and Lemon Salt on hand. The Caribbean Salt is great, too.
Got too much garden zuchinni and cherry tomatos again?
Saute some onion in good spanish olive oil till almost translucent, add sliced small or diced large zuchinni and the tomatos. Keep this going as a saute over medium high heat in a non-stick pan and toss in some of the Caribbean Salt. Serve with some lemon wedges. Everybody will think you’re simply brilliant.
