RG-J editorial almost gets the point

This mornings Reno Gazette-Journal, rightly takes to task those who would ignore the will of the voters and foist smoking - first, secondhand or otherwise - back on the population. This would be in direct opposition to the will of voters last fall. Unfortunately, RG-J misses the real point, which they so delicately dance around.
