Early GOP big on human rights, now it's about the rights of the wealthy

Having read Dennis Myers excellent post on how Sharron Angle would do away with the eloquent language of the Republican crafted 14th Amendment to the Constitution - which guaranteed full civil rights to freed slaves, and went on to provide remedy to school segregation, gender discrimination, political expression, religous freedom and so much more - I took a peek at a GOP website listing the great achievments of the GOP down through time.

It is an impressive list to be sure.
