Yelp! Ouch that hurts.
Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 17:10 Recently, I’ve been hearing from some doctors in the area about bad ‘reviews’ left on the internet and what it takes - in time and resources - to try and straighten it out after the fact. A cardiologist that I know told me that his practice spent nearly $5,000 trying to get unreasonable ‘reviews’ off of the internet. I couldn’t believe it had anything to do with Angie’s List - they’re so careful and vet customer comments so carefully, so I took a look at Yelp.
