He was out today, taking a look at our furnace humidifier - it needs a new float valve. I threatened to put him on Angie’s List but he says he’s got too much business as it is.

Tray has done all of our HVAC work through the years, and many remodeling jobs. He’s been out here on a major holiday when the furnace, or maybe it was the water heater, quit, and I had guests coming for the BIG DINNER. YIKES.
He is busy these days. That’s because he’s really good at what he does. If you aren’t the kind of knothead that want’s him there the moment you hang up the phone - and it wasn’t an emergency - then call somebody else and take what you get.
