Eat This, Not That: 25 'Health' foods that aren't

Why should it be that nearly all the chain restaurants are nutritional mine fields? Yeah, I know. It’s the money. But if we had an FDA that could truly do their job and monitor stuff like this, balanced by ‘truth in advertising’ rules - oh, and real disclosure of nutrition data - then you could at least have a fighting chance in these awful places.

Uh, maybe that’s why we simply opted to not, as in never, dine in chain restaurants.

I’ve been able to hear the wailing of the Libertarians all the way from New York City and across this great land … “OMG, you’re going to force us to have more information available on the food we eat!” Yes, surely this will put every restaurant out of business, or not.
