Seven decades of stupid diet tricks

This was great, since I really do still know people that are into the cleanse diet, cabbage soup diet ( can you say: flatulence?) and the Atkins from hell diet. I personally quit dieting some years back - deciding to eat sensibly, exercise regularly and release my grip from the fork more often -and lost nearly 40 pounds. A few have come back over the years, but nothing I can’t control with a little tweaking.
