Neti pots: getting past the "eeeewwww" factor to soothe factor

I’ve had allergies and upper respiratory ailments like crazy this winter, and have gone through all the usual suspects from over the counter to prescriptions. Yuck! Nothing was really working. So I went back to something I hadn’t done in a very long time - the old Neti pot and a spritz bottle of Nasalcrom.

After a week on this regime, I’m finally feeling and breathing great for the first time in over a month.
