Caring for sensitive teeth

I’ve always had very sensitive teeth, and for years it made regular dental checkups a nightmare - until I found the right dentist ( Dr. Pat France - Reno, Nevada) . Now, I understand why teeth become senstive, and my dentist provided me with techniques and products to use at home to reduce and even eliminate sensitivity.
