Homeopathic Insomia Remedy No Match for Antarctic Insomia - Because It's Nonsense
Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 22:30 It continues to amaze me, the gullibility of those who apparently have more money to throw away than brains - and continue to believe in homeopathy. If homeopathy works, then why haven’t they gone for the One Million Dollar Prize that the James Randi Educational Foundation is offering for proof?
Hmmmmm. Perhaps the homeopathic remedy con artists are raking in so much from gullible consumers, that the $1 million is chump change?

From NPR:
Michael Marshall at the Merseyside Skeptics Society, the organizer of the deliberate overdose events around the world, was kind enough to send along an update by e-mail today.
Turns out that more than 1,600 people in 28 countries and Antarctica took part, according to a preliminary count. No injuries, illnesses or worse were reported.
Many of the brave volunteers — from Argentina to the good ol’ US of A — produced videos to document their exploits. Photos can be found on Flickr here.
One video featuring Australian Paul Willis aboard ship in the waters off Antarctica was particularly entertaining.
Spoiler alert: Hours after Willis sprayed a whole lot of a homeopathic sleeping potion in his mouth, he was alive and awake! The ship’s doctor declared him “boringly bloody normal.”
